To follow is a brief profile on the professional staff of Willoughby & Company, Inc. Each of us takes great pride in developing close working relationships with our clientele and putting forward the extra effort it takes to provide professional, high quality service.
Keith A. Willoughby, CPA - Keith is a 1994 graduate of Akron
University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He
passed all parts of the Uniform CPA Examination on his initial
attempt and became licensed as a certified public accountant in
1995, and has eleven years of experience in public accounting.
Keith has experience in general business accounting, taxation,
computer consulting, and management. Keith is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio
Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member and
past president of the New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club. He also
serves as Treasurer of the Muskingum Lakes Chapter of the
American Red Cross.
Kevin E. Willoughby - Kevin is a 1981 graduate of Kent State University with an Associate Degree in Accounting Technology. He began his career in industrial and management accounting and worked in the mining, wholesale and retail distribution, and trucking industries until 1990. In 1990, he began his public accounting career and has spent the last eleven years in public practice. Kevin is the firm's office manager and also focuses in management consultation, business accounting, and taxation.
Patrick T. Cooper, CPA - Pat is a 1989 graduate of Malone
College a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration
and a major in accounting. He then was a cost accountant for BP
Oil for four years until entering public accounting. He then
became licensed as a certified public accountant in 1995 and has
practiced in public accounting for 9 years. Pat has a focus in
auditing, taxation, and closely held companies. He is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Pat is also a
member of the New Philadelphia Lions Club.
