How fast can your office complete our appraisal orders?

Our "turn-around-time" is 2-3 days on verbal and 3-5 days on hardcopy.

Want your appraisal completed in the shortest time possible? Two easy steps make a world of difference for our office appraisal "turn around" time.

First, find an appraiser that you like and stick with them; be a regular customer and you'll get that special "rush service" when you need it.

Second, provide the proper documents and client information to the appraiser when you place your order. In our office, lag time is uncommon, but when it happens it's usually due to customer delay, or because the lender or Realtor has omitted necessary paperwork. So, advise your customers to be ready to set timely appointment when the appraiser calls, and make sure all sales documents are forwarded to the appraiser.


What kind of services and reports do you offer?

FNMA, SRIP, Equity, Land, Relocation Reports, Farms, and Commercial Reports are available. In addition, we maintain a large and specialized data base for historical properties, special use properties, and rent survey results.

Our Appraisals conform to the latest USPAP regulations and FNMA guidelines; we produce detailed reports in a quality format, using Kodak mega-pixal, high resolution photo's. We ship by regular & Priority mail; and Over Night Urgent Paks are also available. We are EDI transmission ready, with online services for any questions or report status inquiries.

Our regular coverage area is for the following Ohio counties: Tuscarawas, Coshocton, Guernsey, Carroll, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, & Belmont.
